"Well, no snow! The kids loved the playroom in the basement. Lots of room and very quiet. They were very fast at addressing any issue. It was a little warm a couple of days, and they delivered extra fans to us. Lots of room and everything was clean and neat. Very friendly people running the rentals. We have stayed at Avalanche in the past and the extra bedroom was very nice. We love the area. Watched 3 fireworks over the 4th of July. Highly recommend Big Powderhorn to anyone who wants to relax. Not much cell service, but that's not all bad. Great place."

"Great property with a great location! Loved the open layout, the abundance of seating, and all the windows. The host was super responsive to communications and sent maintenence over when we had one small issue. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking, there were plenty of clean towels for everyone, and the whole house was really clean. The only thing that would have made the stay better would be a screen on the slider to allow more airflow during the day."

"We are definitely staying here again! It was the perfect location for visiting family and getting back to the area. There were some issues with water pressure, but the property manager was really responsive and got it sorted out."

"It was a great stay for our friend getaway! The house had great space for the 5 of us. We loved the downstairs bar area with the pool table. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils, and even a crockpot. It was a good stay!!"
