Owned collectively by homeowners of our vacation properties, each rental is treated with the care of a family retreat—and offered to guests at fair, flat rates.
About Us
Big Powderhorn Lodging Association (BPLA) is the longest standing lodging association in the Powderhorn Village and has over 40 years of rental management experience. This means we have developed a great reputation of respect, integrity and customer service. We are committed to providing quality lodging and service at a fair price. BPLA is entirely owned by each of the homeowners of all of our vacation homes. Many of the owners purchased their properties for their family and friends’ enjoyment. When they are not using the property we rent it to our guests making sure we treat them as friends and family. The Lodging Association is a separate company from the ski resort, though we work closely with the ski area.
